Pr. DESOBGO ZANGUE Steve Carly started his Master’s degree in 2003 and held a position as research assistant in the Process Engineering Department of the National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) of the University of Ngaoundéré, Cameroon until 2004. He has worked at the University Institute of Technology (IUT) of the University of Ngaoundéré since 2008 as an Assistant. After his Ph.D. in Process Engineering in 2012, he became Lecturer in the same school. He had a two-year postdoctoral fellowship (2013-2014 and 2015-2016) at the University of Johannesburg, Doornfontein Campus, South Africa. In 2019, he became a Senior Lecturer. He has 26 papers on food technology and other engineering processes. He has also been involved in book publishing where he has contributed 3 book chapters. He has participated in the renewal of the school programs in his institution. He teaches Brewing Sciences, Fruit and Vegetable Technology, Wine and Spirits Technology, etc… He currently has 7 Master students and 1 Ph.D. who have supported at the National School of Agro-Industrial Sciences (ENSAI) of the University of Ngaoundere with several others in progress.
