Abdoulaye Niang is social-anthropologist, in the Department of Arts and Culture attached to the UFR of Civilizations, Religions, Arts and Communication of the University Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis, Senegal. His areas of interest include urban cultures and youth social movements, musical practices, social uses of digital technology, epistemological, theoretical and methodological questions in the humanities and social sciences.
